ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes plans to start construction of two model homes in May at Fells Landing, located off Narcoossee Rd. in the Lake Nona area.
Brian Kittle, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes, said Meritage plans to build 146 new single family homes at Fells Landing that range in size from 2,200 square feet of living space to 5,200 square feet.
Kittle said four, five, six, seven and eight bedroom single family homes at Fells Landing feature one and two story designs priced from the $200s.
