New two, three to seven-bedroom homes at Sullivan Ranch range in size from 1,392 square feet of living space to 4,107 square feet are priced from $119,990 to the mid $260s.
Sullivan Ranch features a 5,000 square foot community clubhouse and state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style junior Olympic swimming pool, a children’s park, a dog park for home owners’ pets, and natural lakes and oak preserves.
