Lennar’s Central Florida Division to Host Gala Realtor Reception on Aug. 16 at Wyndham Lakes in South Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division will give away a free four-day, three-night Caribbean cruise when the home builder hosts a gala Realtor reception Aug. 16, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Welcome Home Center at Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes, located east of Landstar Blvd. and north of Towne Center Blvd. in south Orlando.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida division, Lennar will showcase its “You Snooze, You Lose” campaign aimed at home buyers. Lennar is offering zero down payments, zero closing costs and savings worth up to $30,000 when using Lennar’s preferred lenders on sales of select new homes in its Orlando area communities including the Clermont and the Space Coast areas through Aug. 31.

Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which ranks as the Number One home builder in both the Orlando and Tampa regions, builds single-family homes priced from the $180s at Somerset Landing at Wyndham Lakes, Calloway Bay at Wyndham Lakes and Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes.
