Lennar to Host Realtor Luncheon Aug. 17 at Cortland Woods at Providence, Will Give Away Free Caribbean Cruise

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division plans to give away a free four-day, three-night Caribbean cruise during a Realtor Luncheon Lennar will host on Friday, Aug. 17 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Welcome Home Center at Cortland Woods at Providence, located on U.S. 17-92 in Davenport.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida division, said the special event will detail Lennar’s “You Snooze, You Lose” campaign aimed at home buyers. Lennar is offering zero down payments, zero closing costs and savings worth up to $30,000 when using Lennar’s preferred lenders on sales of select new homes in the Orlando region through Aug. 31.
