Emerson International Negotiates New Long-Term Lease Agreement at Major Plaza in Southwest Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Emerson International in Altamonte Springs recently negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 4,261 square feet of office space at Major Plaza II, an office building located on Major Blvd. in Southwest Orlando off Kirkman Road near the I-Drive tourism corridor. Kenneth Koch, commercial portfolio director at Emerson International, negotiated the lease agreement. The new tenant is Amazing American Homes. Emerson International owns and manages Major Plaza I and II. Emerson International is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Emerson Group, the global corporation that is one of the largest privately-owned property development companies.
