Royal Oak Homes Develops 66 super-sized homes priced from the mid $200s at Avalon Reserve in Winter Garden

BALDWIN PARK, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes, based in Baldwin Park, a third generation family home builder whose track record includes more than 14,000 new homes in Central Florida over the past 30 years, has started development of a new community of 66 super-sized four and five-bedroom homes priced from the mid-$200s at Avalon Reserve, located off Avalon and Marsh Roads Winter Garden. Matt Orosz, vice president of operations at Royal Oak Homes, said Avalon Reserve will appeal to affluent home buyers, growing families and families wishing to accommodate multiple generations, including in-laws and adult children. Royal Oak will start construction of its first and largest model home at Avalon Reserve in November---the five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Parker model home with 4,731 square feet of living space. Presales of new homes at Avalon Reserve are underway now. Orosz said new homes at Avalon Reserve will range in size from 2,291 square feet of living space to 4,700 square feet. Seven distinctive floor plans are available in one and two-story designs. Orosz is the son of Bill Orosz, who began his home building career in Central Florida more than 30 years ago and launched Cambridge Homes, one of the region’s most successful home builders in the 1980s and 1990s. Matt’s brother Stephen is also involved in the homebuilding operations, serving the Chief Financial Officer. Currently Royal Oak Homes builds single-family homes in seven Central Florida communities.
