NAI Realvest Negotiates First Two Lease Agreements for Space at Harmony Town Center in St. Cloud, Set to Open in January

Maitland, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated the first two new long-term lease agreements for retail and office space at Harmony Town Center, the commercial phase of the unique Harmony community development in St. Cloud that is set to open in January. Paul P. Partyka, managing partner of NAI Realvest, negotiated both lease agreements representing Harmony Development Company. ProHealth Family Physicians of St. Cloud leased 1,329 square feet of medical office space in Harmony Town Center at 3500 Harmony Square Drive West. Partyka said the Harmony Town Center location is the second in the area for ProHealth Family Physicians. “ProHealth Family Physicians is a well-known and well-respected group of physicians,” Partyka said. “They already have more than 500 patients in the Harmony area,” he explained. Evolution Nails & Spa leased 1,292 square feet of retail space at Harmony Town Center, its second Osceola County location. Partyka said Evolution Nails & Spa is also located in Kissimmee’s Publix retail center. “Harmony Town Center will eventually prove to be the economic hub of the Harmony area,” Partyka said. “The Town Center is attracting interest from a wide variety of potential tenants and it’s also attracting the interest of other employers who are thinking about opening locations in the area,” he said.
