Tolaris Homes Expands Headquarters, Opens New Lake Forest Sales Center

LAKE FOREST, Fla. – Tolaris Homes in Lake Forest recently opened in its new Lake Forest Sales Center at the luxury Lake Forest Community in north Seminole County off S.R. 46 west of I-4. Rick Bavec, president of Tolaris Homes and Tolaris Realty Group, said an additional 1,750 square feet in the office building at Lake Forest increased the Tolaris facility there to a total of 2,000 square feet. Tolaris Homes is presently starting or completing several new homes and major remodeling projects and has several more on its agenda.
