Park Square Homes Hosts Grand Opening to showcase new model home at Green neighborhood at Harmony

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Park Square Homes recently entertained more than 100 prospective home buyers during a grand opening at the Green neighborhood at Harmony, located off E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. near St. Cloud in Osceola County. Anthony Rouhana, marketing coordinator at Park Square Homes, said the homebuilder’s new Lexington model home offers three bedrooms and two baths in 2,174 square feet of living space with a two-car garage. Rouhana said Park Square Homes plans to build a total of 26 new three, four and five-bedroom homes at Harmony that range in size from 2,000 square feet of living space to 3,700 square feet. New Park Square homes at Harmony are priced from the $190s to the $280s, Rouhana said.
