Meritage Homes to start construction of six-bedroom model home at East Lake Park in Lake Nona area, presales underway now

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes will start construction of a six-bedroom model home at East Lake Park, located off Narcoossee Rd. south of Lake Nona in Osceola County. Brian Kittle, division vice president of Meritage Homes in the Orlando region, said Meritage Homes has started presales at East Lake Park and plans to build 61 new four, five, six, seven and eight bedroom single-family homes that range in size from 3,082 square feet of living space to 5,111 square feet. New homes at East Lake Park are priced from the mid-$200s. Kittle said the Kerrville model home will offer six bedrooms in 4,161 square feet priced from the high $200s. Meritage Homes builds single-family homes in 16 Central Florida communities.
