Meritage Homes to start presales at newest community of Tuscany Ridge in Clermont

LAKE FOREST, Fla. – Meritage Homes will start presales and a model home will get underway in early December at its newest community of Tuscany Ridge located off Steve’s Road in Clermont. Brian Kittle, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes, said Tuscany Ridge will offer three to eight bedroom homes priced from the mid-$200s. Kittle said 30 home sites will be available for Meritage-built homes in the community. Homes as Tuscany Ridge will range from 3,082 square feet of living space to 5,107 square feet. Meritage Homes builds single-family homes in 16 Central Florida communities.
