DiVosta Homes to Host Amenity Center Groundbreaking and Model Open House Celebration Feb. 16 at Windsor Park at Abacoa in Jupiter

Jupiter, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes will host an Amenity Center Groundbreaking and Model Open House Celebration on Saturday, Feb.16 at Windsor Park at Abacoa, located on Indian Creek Parkway between I-95 and Military Trail in Jupiter. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for DiVosta’s South Florida Division, said admission to the event is free and the public is invited to enjoy live music, food and refreshments from 1 to 4 p.m. DiVosta plans to showcase four professionally decorated models homes – one town home and three one- and two-story single-family homes – during the weekend event. The new amenities center at Windsor Park at Abacoa has started construction and will open this summer, measuring more than 8,300 square feet, with a huge community room, state-of-the-art fitness center and a catering kitchen, a magnificent resort-style swimming pool, an event lawn, fire pit and barbeque grill with outdoor seating. DiVosta Homes builds luxury town homes and three, four and five-bedroom luxury single-family homes at Windsor Park at Abacoa in 16 distinctive designs that range in size from 1,499 square feet to 3,768 square feet priced from under $200,000 to more than $600,000.
