ICI Homes Hires Two More Online New Home Specialists to Respond to Flurry of Queries about Florida Luxury Communities

Daytona Beach, Fla. --- ICI Homes has appointed Faith Frances Russo and Richard A. “Rich” Elton as online new home specialists at ICI Homes’ corporate headquarters on Beville Road in Daytona Beach. Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said the new online new home specialists are part of a major expansion of ICI Homers’ online marketing program. “As many as one-third of all potential home buyers make their first contact with ICI Homes online,” Messina said. “We have significantly expanded our online marketing resources and we’re focusing more on social networks because that’s how so many of our home buyers gain so much of their information,” she explained. Russo, who earned her B.A. Degree in Elementary Education from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine, formerly served as a client relations specialist at the CEU Institute in Lake Mary. Elton, who earned his B.A. Degree in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, is a native of Ormond Beach who formerly served as a customer relations specialist at the Premier Care Baths regional call center in South Daytona.
