Royal Oak Homes has one model underway at Avalon Reserve in Winter Garden, prices start from the $260s

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes has a new model home under construction and presales are underway at the community of Avalon Reserve located off Avalon and Marsh Roads in Winter Garden. Matt Orosz, co-president at Royal Oak Homes, said the homebuilder is offering four and five bedroom at Avalon Reserve that range from 2,500 square feet of living space to 4,700 square feet with prices starting from the $260s to the mid-$300s. Royal Oak Homes has 66 oversized home sites available at Avalon Reserve. Orosz said Royal Oak’s largest model at Avalon Reserve is now under construction – the five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Parker with 4,731 square feet of living space – and it will be ready for viewing in late spring. Royal Oak Homes, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, is a third generation family home builder whose track record includes more than 14,000 new homes in Central Florida over the past 30 years.
