Emerson International negotiates Five Leases totaling 4,350 square feet at its office developments in Orlando, Longwood, Altamonte, Winter Park

Altamonte Springs, Fla. -- Emerson International recently negotiated five lease agreements that total 4,357 square feet of office space in Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Southwest Orlando and Winter Park. Kenneth Koch, director of leasing for Emerson International, recently negotiated two new leases at Major Plaza I, 5728 Major Blvd. in southwest Orlando. Cataldo American Group, LLC leased 1,363 square feet and Unique Resources, Inc. leased 971 square feet. At the same time, Emerson International leasing associate Zac Starkey negotiated two leases in the Altamonte Spring /Longwood market. At Emerson’s CenterPointe Office Park on CenterPointe Circle off E. Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs, Ross Rightmyer leased 868 square feet. Aaronson, Austin, P.A. leased 715 square feet at Sanlando Center II located on West S.R. 434 in Longwood. Starkey also negotiated the lease of 440 square feet with tenant The Vida Center at Emerson International’s Louisiana Office Park on Louisiana Ave. in Winter Park. Emerson International is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Emerson Group, the global corporation that is one of the largest privately-owned property development companies in the U.K.
