Partyka Group at NAI Realvest negotiates $480,000 Sale of retail building on Silver Springs Blvd. in Ocala
OCALA, Fla. – Paul P. Partyka and Juan Jimenez – the Partyka Group at NAI Realvest – recently negotiated the $480,000 sale price for the retail facility at 4011 E. Silver Springs Blvd. at NE 40th Ave. in Ocala.
Partyka and Jimenez negotiated the transaction representing the seller, Titusville-based SBI Leasing, Inc.
FIPA LLC is the local investor who purchased the 4,320 square foot freestanding building constructed in 1977 on its 1.04-acre site. Tim Mizner of Keller Williams Cornerstone Realty represented the buyer who plans to redevelop the property into a professional/medical office building.
