Meritage Homes Opens Watermark Community in Winter Garden with Luxury Homes Priced from the Low $200s

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes has opened its newest community – Watermark -- in Winter Garden with luxury homes priced from the low $200s. Located on Seidel Road in Winter Garden, Watermark offers three, four, five and six-bedroom homes that range in size from 1,758 square feet of living space to a whopping 5,563 square feet. Brian Kittle, vice president of operations for Meritage Homes in Orlando, said 11 distinctive two-story floor plans are available with one single-story plan. Striking architectural styles in the neighborhood range from neotraditional to California Modern. Meritage will build 54 new homes in the first phase at Watermark, Kittle said.
