Lennar Promotes Carlette Witte to Vice President of Construction in Orlando Region

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which builds homes in more than 40 communities in the Orlando region, recently promoted veteran construction management executive Carlette Witte to vice president of construction. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Witte has been with Lennar for more than 10 years and has experience in various aspects of construction project management. Witte was most recently a senior construction manager at Lennar. In her new role Witte will be responsible for all construction operations of single-family homes, vacation homes, vistas and coach homes at ChampionsGate; condos, townhomes, and single family homes at Storey Lake; and vacation homes at Paradise Palms. . “Carlette has shown great leadership, production and strength throughout the years with Lennar and she will play a vital role in our continued growth in the Orlando and specifically the Clermont and Four Corners areas,” said Metheny.
