Park Square Homes to open new phase of luxury resort homes at Bellavida Resort in Kissimmee

Kissimmee, Fla. --- Park Square Homes will open a new phase of luxury resort homes this fall at Bellavida Resort, located on Marcello Blvd. between Poinciana Blvd. and U.S. 192 south of Oren Brown Rd. in Kissimmee. Jeff Menzel, director of sales and marketing for Park Square Homes, said the homebuilder plans to start off with 93 resort homes in the newest phase at Bellavida Resort offering Park Square’s Pacific Series of homes designed with Mediterranean features. Three distinctive floor plans are available to choose from in the unique Pacific Series along with wide range of options. Resort homes in the new phase will range in size from 1,835 square feet of living space to 3,378 square feet with from four to six bedrooms and three to six baths. New resort homes at Bellavida Resort are priced from the $300s. Menzel said sales of resort homes at Bellavida Resort have been steady all summer but will increase dramatically in the fall. Bellavida Resort features a gated entrance, luxury clubhouse, exterior painting and roof maintenance, common area and landscape maintenance, fitness center, resort pool and spa, basketball and volleyball courts and basic cable.
