Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty Appoints Paula Cox International Luxury Home Specialist

LAKE MARY, Fla. --- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Paula Cox an International Luxury Home Specialist in the firm’s Heathrow/Lake Mary Marketing Center. Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of the Lake Mary based realty firm, said Cox earned her Florida Real Estate License in 1978 and has more than 30 years of experience in residential real estate. She earned her Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 1980. “Paula Cox has a wealth of experience in luxury golf course and country club communities throughout Central Florida,” Soderstrom said. “She has been an award-winning sales associate at some of the area’s most dynamic communities.” Cox was formerly a top producer at Sabal Point, Tuscawilla and Brentwood Club and for a couple of years she was owner/operator of her own brokerage representing Turtle Creek and other southwest Orlando area custom home communities At Tavistock Realty at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club Cox spent 11 years working with professional golfers and other high-profile buyers and sellers. Most recently she was an agent with Fusilier Realty. At Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty Cox will focus on the Lake Nona and Seminole County areas.
