NAI Realvest brokers sale of former Mr. Luckys restaurant on U.S. 17-92 in DeLand

DELAND, Fla. -- NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of the 1,440 square foot former Mr. Luckys restaurant building located at 413 S. Woodland Blvd. (US 17-92) in DeLand. Chris Butera, investment associate at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction representing the local Seller Miller Diversified Holdings, LLC. Buyer Kieu Nguyen of DeLand paid $172,500 for the property and plans to open an Asian-themed restaurant there in early 2015. The buyer was represented by Chris Hunter of Hunter Properties.
