ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 3.11 acres of land at 3490 W. Colonial Drive in Orlando. NAI Realvest principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor and associate Mitch Heidrich negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Infinity Property Management, LLC. of McLean, Va. and the local tenant, West Colonial Auto, Inc. Tenant plans to use the property to augment their Orlando Kia West dealership operations at 3407 W. Colonial Drive. No other brokers were involved in the transaction.
