Ryland Homes starts presales of new homes priced from $233,000 at Wilderness Pointe in Prince Creek in Murrells Inlet

Myrtle Beach, S.C. --- Ryland Homes has started presales of single-family homes priced from $233,000 at Wilderness Pointe in Prince Creek, located on TPC Boulevard west of Hwy. 707 in Murrells Inlet. Gayle Jinks, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charleston-Myrtle Beach region, said four move-in ready homes starting construction this month at Wilderness Pointe in Prince Creek will open in the spring. Altogether, Ryland Homes plans to build 115 new homes at Wilderness Pointe, Jinks said. Four floor plans are available that range in size from 1,955 square feet of living space to 2,577 square feet, Jinks added. Jinks said community tours and new home sales at Wilderness Pointe are currently being accommodated at Windsor Plantation.
