Partyka Group at NAI Realvest Negotiates $6.1 Million Portfolio Sale of Six Industrial Buildings in Seminole County

ORLANDO, Fla. --- The Partyka Group at NAI Realvest recently completed the $6,100,000 portfolio sale of six properties with more than 108,495 square feet of industrial space located in the UCF area and Winter Springs in east Seminole County. The transaction was negotiated by Paul P. Partyka and Juan Jimenez of the NAI Realvest Partyka Group on behalf of the seller, Owen Family Venture, LLC, managed by local developer icon Roger Owen. A New York investor through various companies purchased the six properties that were 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Four buildings are located in SouthPark Business Center on South Econ Circle off Alafaya Trail (SR 434) in the Oviedo/UCF area. Boing, Crossfit Country and Orlando Volleyball Academy are major tenants. The two buildings in Winter Springs -- located on SR 419 north of SR 434 in Winter Springs Industrial Park – total 14,000 square feet and are both occupied by world renowned Bob Violett Model Jet Airplanes.
