Partyka Group at NAI Realvest negotiates $1.95 Million Sale of retail outparcel in Titusville
ORLANDO, Fla. – Paul P. Partyka and Juan Jimenez – the Partyka Group at NAI Realvest – recently closed the sale of a 10,400 square foot retail outparcel at 3125 Columbia Blvd. in Titusville for $1,950,000.00.
Partyka and Jimenez negotiated the transaction representing the seller, Titusville-based SBI Leasing, Inc.
Local buyer UG Titusville FL LLC will be developing the property for two national tenants with long-term leases, according to Partyka. Josh Berger of Nine Point Group represented the buyer in the transaction.
