Pulte to Open Newest Phase at Trillium in Brooksville

Brooksville, Fla. --- Pulte Homes has opened a new phase with 80 home sites at Trillium, located in Brooksville off County Line Road just east of the Suncoast Parkway. Sean Strickler, division president for Pulte Homes in the West Florida region, said one and two-story single-family homes in the newest phase range from three to six bedrooms, priced from $131,990 with optional covered lanais and extended garages. With HOA fees set at $67 per month and no CDD fees, Trillium ranks as one of the most appealing neighborhoods in the Brooksville area. Altogether, Pulte plans to build 893 new homes at Trillium in one and two-story designs. Seven Life Tested® home designs are available. The community features a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, a shaded children’s playground and a multi-purpose playing field. Pulte’s new homes at Trillium include Whirlpool® appliance packages including smooth-top electric ranges, microwaves and dishwashers, Shaw® carpet in designer colors, International Tile & Stone ceramic tile in all wet areas, and dual-pane insulated low-E windows and sliding glass doors. The decorated Compton model home at Trillium is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from noon to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays and Sundays.
