ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has started construction of five new town homes at Savannah Park at Heathrow in Lake Mary priced from $159,900.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes, said the three-bedroom, two-bath town homes range in size from 1,520 square feet of living space to 1,941 square feet and feature private courtyards and two-car garages.
All five new town homes will be ready in February, Roche said.
Savannah Park at Heathrow is a gated community located off International Parkway and Wilson Road in north Seminole County.
