Crossman & Company Negotiates Two New 10-Year Lease Agreements for Retail Space in College Park and Maitland


ORLANDO, Fla. --- Crossman & Company, one of the largest third-party retail leasing and management firms in the Southeast, recently closed two new 10-year lease agreements for retail space totaling 6,876 square feet in Maitland and College Park.

Courtney Kowalchuk, senior leasing associate at Crossman & Company negotiated both lease agreements and she represented the landlords at the retail facilities.

Citation 35, LLC d/b/a iStudio Salon leased 4,740 square feet at 909 Orlando Ave. in Maitland. The landlord is The Morgan Group, Inc. on behalf of Village of Lake Lily.

Tijuana Flats #153, LLC leased 2,136 square feet at 2217 Edgewater Drive, in the College Park area of Orlando. Princeton Center, LLC is the landlord.
