ORLANDO, Fla. --- Only five ready-to-move-in single-family homes remain for sale priced from the $200s at Lake Jesup Woods, a gated community located off Hester Avenue and Myrtle Street, south of C.R. 427 N. (Ronald Reagan Blvd.) and east of U.S. 17-92 in Sanford.
Brian Kittle, director of sales at Meritage Homes in Orlando, said three and four-bedroom homes at Lake Jesup Woods range in size from 1,692 square feet of living space to 3,034 square feet, and are priced from $198,990 to $248,990.
All five ready-to-move-in homes at Lake Jesup Woods qualify for the $8,000 U.S. federal tax credit for first-time home buyers, Kittle said.
“All five homes are also eligible for the $6,500 tax credit that is available to qualified move-up home buyers,” he said.
