ORLANDO, Fla. — NAI Realvest recently negotiated an expansion lease agreement that brought the occupancy to 100 percent at University Center at the Quadrangle in east Orlando.
Senior Associate Mary Frances West CCIM, brokered the transaction representing the landlord, Jebden, LLC of Orlando and the tenant, Orlando-based ProActive Technologies, LLC, who leased suite 200 with 4,620 square feet at 11825 High Tech Ave.
The lease facilitated the expansion of ProActive Technologies, who also leases 4,595 square feet on the first floor, which brings its total occupancy in the building to 9,125 square feet.
