ORLANDO, Fla. -- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, LLC, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, was recently awarded contracts to re-image the exteriors of eight retail centers. Three are located on the Florida west coast in Venice, Plant City and Spring Hill. Three are located in Orlando and two in Jacksonville.
Equity One, Inc., the Miami-based REIT, owns the retail centers and awarded the contracts, according to Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci & Peterson Architects.
