DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. --- ICI Homes started presales of 84 luxury town homes priced from under $170,000 at Arbor Lake at the award-winning Plantation Bay Golf and County Club in Ormond Beach.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said the first model luxury town homes will open in time for the Volusia County Parade of Homes in late March.
Thousands of visitors are expected at Plantation Bay during the three week-long event to tour the Parade of Homes entries, Messina said.
Two and three bedroom town homes at Arbor Lake at Plantation Bay will be priced at $169,900 and $177,900, Messina said.
ICI Homes will open two model town homes in the spring. The three bedroom Arbor II town home offers an open living and dining room with a sliding door that opens onto a private covered lanai.
“The effect is really breathtaking,” Messina said. “The design provides lots of natural lighting and a lovely view from inside the home,” she added.
The Bimini II model town home features a master bedroom and second bedroom on the ground floor, with a third bedroom and bath upstairs.
