Dave Brewer, Inc. Nearing Completion of $1.5 Million Luxury Home on Intracoastal Waterway Ormond Beach

SANFORD, Fla. --- Dave Brewer, Inc. is nearing completion of a $1.5 million custom luxury home on the Inrtracoastal Waterway in Ormond Beach.

Matt Trask, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the luxury energy efficient home offers four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths in the 5,500 square feet of living space with a four-car garage.

The traditional-style one-story home will be completed by July 1, when its owners expect to move in.

Trask said Dave Brewer Constructors is currently remodeling seven luxury homes in Seminole County. Those projects are valued at more than $2 million.
