MAITLAND, Fla. – Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest, recently negotiated three industrial lease agreements totaling 13,375 square feet at the Carter and Hanging Moss CommerCenters in Orlando and at Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford.
First Trading USA-Export Corporation signed a new lease for suites 120 and 130 with 3,750 square feet at 890 Carter Rd. in Carter CommerCenter in Winter Garden. Heidrich represented landlord COP-Carter LLC and the tenant was represented by Maria Milanes of Prime USA Vacations.
Heidrich brokered a lease renewal for 5,625 square feet in suites 350 and 360 of Hanging Moss CommerCenter for the tenant RTR Suppliers and the landlord, COP-Hanging Moss, LLC.
In Sanford at Monroe CommerCenter South, Heidrich represented landlord COP-Monroe, LLC in a new lease agreement with Flight Avionics of North America, Inc. who leased 4,000 square feet at 703 Progress Way. The new tenant was represented by Allan Duke of Duke Real Estate, Inc.
