PORT ORANGE, Fla. --- The Villages of Royal Palm in Port Orange has started construction of two award winning, move-in-ready luxury homes that will open later this summer.
Winston Schwartz, president of the South Daytona firm Winston-James Development, Inc., which is developing The Villages of Royal Palm, said new construction includes two of the community’s award wining Windsor model homes.
The new homes feature four bedrooms and two baths in 2,226 square feet of living space with a two car garage priced from $275,000.
The active adult Villages of Royal Palm builds single family luxury and villa homes priced from the low $100s.
