JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes earned two Gold Awards during the recent Parade of Homes sponsored by the Northeast Florida Home Builders Association (NEFBA) for its Laurel model homes at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee and Rivertown in St. Johns County.
Kerry Soltis, marketing manager for Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said Mattamy’s Laurel model with Bonus Room at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee earned the Parade’s coveted Gold Award for luxury homes priced from $341,000 to $350,000.
Mattamy’s Laurel model with Bonus Room at Rivertown, Mattamy’s newest master-planned community in St. Johns County, won the Parade’s Gold Award for luxury homes priced from $301,000 to $310,000.
“We are delighted to have won the Parade’s top award in two different pricing categories,” said Steve Parker president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group. “Like all our award-winning homes, it’s truly been a team effort,” Parker said.
