TAMPA, Fla. -- Ashton Woods Homes continues to expand in the Tampa Bay region and has started presales of new single-family homes at Tanglewood Preserve its newest community located off Symnes Rd. near Gibsonton in South Hillsborough County.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Wood Homes said the homebuilder recently acquired 100 homesites at Tanglewood Preserve to build new homes priced from the $140s.
Two models are underway and will be completed and ready for viewing in September.
New homes at Tanglewood Preserve range from 1,571 square feet of living area to 3,139 square feet and will offer three, four and five-bedrooms.
