Maitland, Fla. - NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for the 4,250 square foot stand alone retail building located at 1140 W. SR 434 in Longwood.
Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor, principals at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Conquest Services Inc. of Longwood.
The tenant is Unique Stone Imports, Inc. doing business as Unique Stone & Tile, an importer and distributor of premium quality natural stone and tile. The tenant is relocating from 389 E. SR 434.
Barbara C. Henkhaus of Shopping Centers Etc., Inc. represented the tenant.
