ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes is going solar!
In an energy saving effort to prospective home buyers in two communities, Meritage Homes has introduced the Echo Hybrid Solar System at Fells Landing in Lake Nona and Windermere Trails on Reams Rd. in Windermere.
Brian Kittle, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes, said there are 150 home sites at Fells Landing and the same number of home sites at Windermere Trails.
Homes at Fells Landing range in size from 2,581 square feet of living area and are priced from the mid-$200s.
At Windermere Trails, homes range from 2,200 square feet of living area and are priced from the high-$200s.
