46 Foot Exhibit Wall in Newly Remodeled Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club Sales Center Tells History of ICI Homes

Ormond Beach, Fla. --- A 46 foot long display at Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club’s newly remodeled sales center in Ormond Beach tells the history of Daytona community developer ICI Homes with a unique blend of maps and pictures and soon, a touch-screen video display. Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes, said the display is a look back at ICI Homes’ 34 years of experience creating luxury communities from the Volusia area to Orlando and north to Jacksonville. Messina said the display---more than four feet tall---while looking back, focuses squarely on the future for prospective home buyers. “The new display wall provides a very clear picture of the luxury amenities at Plantation Bay and all the options available to customize a wide array of luxury homes,” Messina said. The most popular displays come near the end. “The section that illustrates Plantation Bay’s award-winning eFactor energy-wise engineering and construction is the one that garners the most interest,” Messina explained. Messina said ICI Homes took more than a month to extensively remodel the 1,188 square foot sales center but it was well worth the effort. “This is the first impression many people get when they come to visit Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club,” Messina said. “It’s a real showplace.” Unveiling of the Plantation Bay remodeled sales center and exhibit wall will be held for all Volusia/Flagler Realtors on Feb. 7 from 5-7 p.m. To RSVP, call Audrey at 386-437-4164.
