NAI Realvest Leases Office Space to Osceola County for County and State Health clinic in Poinciana CommerCenter East

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new long term lease with Osceola County at Poinciana CommerCenter East in Kissimmee for a new health clinic for Osceola County and State of Florida. Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest brokered the transaction representing the landlord and developer, Small Bay Partners, LLC of Maitland. Osceola County leased 5,460 square feet of office space at 1701 and 1705 Business Center Lane. The tenant also leased a temporary space at 1723 Business Center Lane with 1,620 square feet until build-out of 1701 and 1705 is completed and ready for move-in.
