Del Webb Southshore Falls Starts Development of Final Phase of Single-Family Home Sites

Apollo Beach, Fla. --- Del Webb Southshore Falls has started development of the final phase of single-family home sites at the popular active-adult community located on Sunset Falls Drive off S. Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41) in Apollo Beach. Scott Teal, sales consultant for Del Webb Southshore Falls, said the new home sites include some real gems---and very few backyard neighbors. “Almost all of the home sites in the new phase back up to conservation areas, offering homebuyers more privacy, and many of them are bordered by the beautiful Shady Glen Trail System,” Teal explained. “The neighborhood design allowed for many private back yards, oversized home sites and we really saved the best for last. The great part is that the HOA takes care of the yard maintenance so you can have an oversized home site and not have the burden of taking care of it,” said Teal, Two and three-bedroom single-family homes in the new phase at Del Webb Southshore Falls will range in size from 1,730 square feet of living space to 2,278 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two baths. Home owners in the new phase at Del Webb Southshore Falls will have access to the 14,000-square foot Wellspring Club with its Seven Seas Grand Ballroom, heated tropical lagoon-style swimming pool, auxiliary pool and resistance swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts, putting green, billiards room, Internet CafĂ©, library, card room, arts and crafts room and social clubs.
