NAI Realvest Negotiates New Lease for 3,512 Square Feet at Boardwalk Plaza near UCF to Graffiti Junktion

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for a 3,512 square foot unit to Graffiti Junktion in the Boardwalk Plaza at 3100 Alafaya Trail in Oviedo. NAI Realvest principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Boardwalk Plaza LLC of Gardena, Calif. The tenant ANAJ Investments LLC will operate a Graffiti Junktion American Burger Bar at the location. This will be the fifth location for Graffiti Junktion in Orlando and brings Boardwalk Plaza’s occupancy up to 100 percent.
