Ryland Homes Starts Presales of ENERGY STAR® Certified Single-Family Homes with Brick exteriors at Foxfield in Mooresville – Model Underway

CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Ryland Homes has started construction on a new five-bedroom, two-story ENERGY STAR® certified luxury model home at Foxfield, Ryland’s newest community in the Charlotte region, located off Hwy. 115 just east of I-77 on East Waterlynn Road in Mooresville in the Lake Norman area. Krista Long, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charlotte region, said the Reseda model offers 3,564 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a two-car garage priced from $320,990. The Reseda two-story luxury home features brick exteriors on all four sides, a formal living room, a formal dining room, an upstairs bonus room, master bedroom sitting area, and optional fifth bedroom and full bath downstairs. Long said the Reseda model also offers options that include two additional full baths upstairs and a screened porch or sunroom. Ryland Homes is building 20 luxury homes in the first phase at Foxfield and plans to build 104 new homes altogether. Long said presales are underway of Ryland’s three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes available in eight distinctive floor plans at Foxfield. New homes range in size from 2,388 square feet of living space to over 3,564 square feet and are priced from the $270s. All new homes in the 52+ acre community offer brick exteriors on all four sides, Long said, along with the coveted ENERGY STAR® certification for energy efficiency and environmental quality.
