ORLANDO - Ashton Woods Homes has started construction of two ready-to-move-in homes that will open in April at Eagles Landing at Westyn Bay located on West Road (CR 437) off Ocoee-Apopka Road (SR 429) in Ocoee.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said both new homes are situated on conservation lots that front on a nature preserve.
The Carmel, a one-story, 2,487 square foot home with four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage, is priced from $263,256.
The Napa, with 2,670 square feet of living space, offers four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a three-car garage priced from $284,479.
Roche said both new homes will open in time to qualify for the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit and the $6,500 tax credit for existing home owners. The deadline to take advantage of home buyer tax credit incentives is April 30 for contracts and June 30 for closings.
