ORLANDO – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 3,000 square feet at Airport Industrial Center on Narcoossee Road in Orlando.
Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, brokered the transaction representing the landlord, Columbus, Ohio-based Airport Investment Properties LLC.
The tenant, Old Dock Apparel, Inc. is a clothing and accessories manufacturer who leased Unit 300-A at 7452 Narcoossee Rd. in the south Orlando industrial center.
