ORLANDO Beazer Homes has started construction on a luxury waterfront home at Legacy, located on Lake Jessamine off South Orange and Holden Avenues, minutes from downtown Orlando.
Theresa Tilton, vice president of sales for Beazer Homes-Florida, said the 3,100 square foot Fairfield is priced at $792,000 with five bedrooms and a bonus room, a covered balcony and three-car garage.
Tilton said 40 home sites remain for sale at Legacy priced from $249,990.
All new homes at Legacy feature Beazer’s eSMART energy-saving engineering with programmable thermostats, cost-saving CFL light bulbs, water-saving Moen low flow shower heads and faucets, MERV 8 air filters, and low VOC paints and carpets, Tilton added.
