DAYTONA BEACH - ICI Homes, which ranks as one of the nation’s largest developers of luxury communities, announced it is offering four percent co-broker commissions to Realtors whose clients build new homes in any ICI Homes community in Jacksonville, Volusia-Flagler, Orlando and Tampa.
ICI Homes currently builds luxury homes in 10 communities in the Jacksonville region, six in the Volusia-Flagler region, five in the Orlando region and one in the Tampa area.
The offer is good on to-be-built homes purchased by April 30, said Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes.
