Taylor Morrison Acquires 18 Home Sites at Southwoods at Lake Forest in North Seminole County, to start construction in March

LAKE FOREST -Taylor Morrison recently acquired 18 home sites at Southwoods at Lake Forest, the gated luxury community located on S.R. 46 west of Sanford in north Seminole County.

Kristin Vuckovic, marketing manager for Taylor Morrison in the North Florida region, said Taylor Morrison will start construction of new four and five bedroom luxury homes at Southwoods at Lake Forest in March, priced from the low $400s.

New Taylor Morrison homes at Southwoods at Lake Forest will range in size from 3,036 square feet of living space to 3,945 square feet with floor plans that include such popular features as game rooms, kitchen islands, walk-in pantries, oversized lofts, split garages and tile roofs.

Presales will start later this month, Vuckovic said.
