PROVIDENCE, Fla. – ABD Development Company, which is developing the Providence Golf and Country Club community south of Orlando off US 17-92, will start construction of two new luxury model homes at Heritage Green at Providence within the next 30 days.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, said the award winning Courtyard model home offers 3,700 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, two car garage and a private indoor courtyard, priced at $360,000.
The Portofino luxury model home with 2,673 square feet of living space offers four bedrooms, three baths, and a two-car garage priced from $360,000.
Kohn said both model homes will open early next year.
